Information We Collect Personal Information We collect the following personal data when you use our website or app: - Name - Email address - Payment information Browser Extension Data When you use the Focustra Browser Tracker Chrome Extension, we collect: - Web History: URLs of websites you visit, page titles, and timestamps - Browsing Time: Duration spent on each website - User Activity: Active tab information, tab switching events, idle/active status, and browser focus state - Website Content: Website favicons (icons) and page titles for visual identification Important: All extension data is transmitted exclusively to your local Focustra desktop application via a localhost (127.0.0.1) connection. No extension data is sent to external servers, cloud services, or third parties. All browsing data remains on your local device. How We Use Your Information Website and App We use the information we collect solely for order processing, including account creation, subscription management, and delivering purchased services. Browser Extension The extension data is used exclusively to: - Track and display your browsing time in the desktop application - Provide productivity statistics and insights - Enable focus mode with website blocking during work sessions - Display a blocked page when you visit restricted websites during focus sessions to keep you on task - Help you understand and improve your browsing habits All extension functionality operates locally on your device. We do not access, analyze, or process your browsing data on our servers. 3. Data Sharing We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal or non-personal information to any third parties. This includes all data collected by the browser extension, which never leaves your local device except to communicate with your local desktop application. 4. Data Storage and Security Desktop Application Your productivity data is stored locally in the Focustra desktop application database on your computer. You have full control over this data. Browser Extension Extension settings and daily usage statistics are stored locally in your browser's storage. The extension communicates with your desktop app only via a secure localhost WebSocket connection (port 8080 by default). Website Account information is stored securely on our servers and used only for authentication and subscription management. 5. Your Rights and Control You have the right to: - Disable tracking: Turn off website tracking at any time via extension settings - Delete data: Clear all extension data by uninstalling the extension - View your data: Access all tracked data through the Focustra desktop application - Request deletion: Contact us to delete your account and associated data 6.
